Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are placed.
Processing times can vary depending on product availability, order volume,
and whether items are fulfilled from different sources.
Once your order is processed, tracking details will be provided when available.
Shipping Information
Shipping timelines shown during checkout or in order messages are estimates only.
Actual delivery timing may vary due to inventory availability, carrier delays,
destination, weather, and seasonal demand.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in separate packages. If your order contains items with
different availability or fulfillment timing, those items may arrive separately.
You may receive tracking information for more than one shipment.
Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong item,
please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
To help us resolve the problem quickly, please include your order number,
a short description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Returns
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Before returning an item, please contact HOS support so we can review
the request and provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including special-order items,
personalized items, opened consumables, clearance merchandise,
and products marked as non-returnable.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued
to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank
or payment provider.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or shipment has begun,
but we will do our best to help whenever possible.
